Shipping Origin & Delivery Areas
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands (EU). We offer worldwide shipping through PostNL. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and volume of the parcel, as well as its destination. For international deliveries, PostNL hands your parcel over to the local postal service in your country for final delivery.
How We Ship Your Order
We carefully pack and ship your order using PostNL’s international parcel services. Once your parcel arrives in your country, your local postal carrier (such as USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc.) will handle the final delivery.
Delivery times vary by destination and may be extended by customs processing.
Import Duties, Taxes & DAP Explained
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your country may charge import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees before delivery. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We ship under Delivered At Place (DAP). This means:
- We deliver your parcel to your country.
- You, as the recipient, are responsible for any import taxes and customs charges.
- Your local customs authority or postal service will contact you if payment is required.
Under DAP, the seller delivers the goods to the destination, but the buyer handles import customs and local taxes. If these fees are not paid, the parcel may be returned or held by customs.
What Costs Might Apply?
Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be charged:
- Import VAT or GST
- Customs duties based on product type
- A handling or processing fee from the local postal service
These fees vary by country and product category.
Customs Processing & Delays
Customs authorities may inspect parcels at random. This can add extra processing time. Unfortunately, we cannot influence or speed up customs procedures.
Documentation Included
Every international shipment includes:
- A CN22 or CN23 customs declaration
- A commercial invoice with product details and values
This ensures smooth processing at customs.
What We Cannot Control
We cannot control or predict:
- The exact amount of import taxes
- Whether customs inspects your parcel
- Delays caused by customs or local postal services
These processes are managed entirely by your country’s authorities.
Questions About Import Fees?
If you’re unsure about the import rules in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office or postal service for the most accurate information.
